How it Works
A vortex of air and pressurized, heated water is controlled from the operator’s seat, allowing maximum results on a variety of surfaces – concrete, asphalt, cobblestone, athletic running tracks and more.
The CY210 cleaning head utilizes the pressurized water created by the trailer. The head has two nozzles and eight blades that rotate at a high speed to generate a vortex of air and water.
The pressurized, heated water blasts the surface to remove any dirt and debris while the rotating blades create lift and water/debris recovery.
The high-speed air movement forces the wastewater into a holding tank where it is pumped into the reclaim tank on the trailer, completing the recovery process without an external vacuum.
On the TR5500, a multi-stage filtration system settles dirt from the water and filters water to 30 microns before it is reused. This extends the runtime, reduces water consumption and increases overall productivity.
Cyclone Technology’s vacuum-free design means less maintenance and lower annual fuel cost, resulting in a faster return on investment.
