Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Sales Assistant to support our growing sales team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth daily operations, accurate documentation, and responsive customer communication. Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales team and sales leadership
• Prepare quotes, proposals, bid documents, and sales presentations

Eastern Regional Sales Manager 

Location: Remote – New York/New Jersey Metropolitan area

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Eastern Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow capital equipment sales within the assigned territory. This role is responsible for driving revenue through strategic account management, distributor partnerships, and direct sales efforts, while building long-term customer relationships and delivering consistent growth.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record in capital equipment sales, excels in consultative selling, and is comfortable managing long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

· Own and execute the regional sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue, margin, and growth targets

· Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts while identifying and developing new business opportunities

· Lead complex, high-value capital equipment sales cycles from prospecting through contract close

· Develop strong relationships with end users, engineering teams, procurement, and executive stakeholders

· Collaborate closely with internal teams (applications engineering, service, marketing, and operations) to deliver customer solutions

· Manage, train, and support distributors or dealers where applicable

· Forecast sales activity accurately using CRM tools and provide regular pipeline and performance reports

· Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms in line with company objectives

· Represent the company at trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events

· Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategy

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) is a plus.

· 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years in capital equipment or complex technical sales

· Proven success selling high-value solutions with long sales cycles

· Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills

· Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region (typically 40–60%)

· Proficiency with CRM systems, HubSpot is a plus

· Valid driver’s license

Assembler

Location: Phoenix, AZ
Employment Type: Full-Time, 8 hour shift, Day shift, Monday to Friday

Position Overview

· We are looking for talented assemblers/technicians to join our team.

· Applicants must have a strong mechanical aptitude and possess the ability to work in a small team, building a wide variety of different machines.

· Prior manufacturing, fabrication, mechanical experience is preferred.

· Responsibilities include, assembling/building machines, Q.C. testing, etc. of machinery

Desired Qualifications:

· Positive attitude and pride in delivering quality work
· Working knowledge of hydraulics
· Familiar with diesel engine-driven machinery
· Must possess a background of using mechanic’s hand tools
· Ability to learn to use some machine tools (i.e., milling machine, lathe, band saw)

Welder/Fabricator

Location: Phoenix, AZ
Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Welder/Fabricator to join our team. This role involves building commercial machinery chassis, parts, and components while ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare, weld, and assemble components for commercial machinery, including: scratch-built vehicle chassis, hydraulic and fuel tanks and machinery elements

· Tag and record completed work accurately

· Assist with material and tool procurement as needed

· Read and interpret blueprints or verbal instructions to fabricate components

· Create simple jigs and fixtures to support production processes

· Work with engineering on R&D projects

Desired Qualifications:

· Positive attitude and pride in delivering quality work

· Strong mechanical aptitude, shop math skills and a willingness to learn

· Proficient in MIG, TIG, and aluminum MIG welding (must pass a MIG and metal finishing test)

· Ability to operate a vertical manual milling machine and manual lathe

· Experience fabricating from blueprints and/or verbal instructions

· Forklift operation experience

· Able to lift up to 80 lbs

· Reliable attendance (Mon–Thurs, 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m ., plus overtime as needed).

· Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
