After conducting an airfield needs analysis with Flatiron Construction Houston George Bush Intercontinental Airport, we learned that they have been struggling with concrete slurry clean up after performing concrete saw cutting during runway panel replacement. Up until now they have tried many means and methods which where all labor, machine, time and water intensive. After introducing & demonstrating the Cyclone CY5000 hard surface cleaning technology, we were able to reduce the labor cost by 2/3, the equipment to 1 unit from 4, 70% increase in production, and reduce water usage by ½. Flatiron has quickly moved to adopting our technology moving forward for this and other airfield cleaning needs!
