4006HT

The 4006HT features an interchangeable cleaning head for rubber and paint removal. Its water capacity is 1600 gallons (6000 liters), allowing run times up to 4.5 hours. The LCD operator interface provides fully computerized control and automated operation from the climate-controlled cab. Additionally, roll-up doors allow safe accessibility to the high-pressure pump, water tanks, and hydraulic components.

The 4006HT Advantage

UHP Pump

Available with a variable pressure UHP pump to control your water pressure and flow for different applications.

Cleaning

Cleans inside grooves without damaging runways or other hard surfaces, extending the time before the next removal is required.

Single Pass Cleaning

Chemical and vacuum-free cleaning removes and recovers rubber and paint build-up in a single pass.

Filter

Organic materials and particles filtered from water to 0.35 microns.

4006HT in Action

How it Works

Within the Cyclone head, up to 24 sapphire-tipped spray nozzles, mounted on high-speed rotating arms, blast the surface with ultra-high-pressure water.

Specially shaped turbine blades, attached to the arm, generate a swirling vortex of air and water, loosening rubber or paint at 140 mph - equivalent to a Category 4 cyclone storm.

As the Cyclone head moves along the surface, the Cyclone vortex provides a secondary cleaning effect. Simultaneously, it lifts the waste and water off the surface, directing it into a collection tank mounted on the top of the head.

A high-volume macerator return pump further emulsifies, pulverizes, and pumps the recovered wastewater slurry into the large 2,100-gallon (7,948-liter) waste recovery tank at the vehicle's rear.

The waste recovery tank has an open atmosphere and separates solids from liquids for easy disposal.

The waste recovery tank is equipped with push button controls for easy removal of collected waste and dumping into a dumpster.

Cyclone Technology’s vacuum-free design means less maintenance and lower annual fuel costs, resulting in a faster return on investment.

FAQ

What are the standard features?
  • Uses half the water of other UHP solutions, meaning longer run time per water volume
  • Simple, on-board, gravity-based separation of waste and water
  • Patented Cyclone head provides full recovery without the need for a vacuum
  • Fresh water filters remove organic material and particles to .35 microns
  • Computer monitoring of equipment and drive train to protect both the surface and machine
  • Ability to clean markings to restore reflectivity without removing glass beads in surface
  • Cy210 Walk-behind units that provides excellent maneuverability
  • Pressure rated up to 40,000 psi (2,750 bar) the CY210 UHP variant is ideal for paint removal applications
